1. Make sure the wifi extender is powered on, and the mobile phone or laptop searches and connects to the
wireless signal of the extender.
Signal SSID: "QLOCOM_XX2G&_XX5G".
2.Open the browser of your mobile phone or laptop, enter "192.168.10.1" (some products are "192.168.11.1") in
the address bar to log in to the management page of the extender, as shown below.↓
Account password, default is: admin
3.Login successfully ✔, you can carry out the functions you want to operate!

Q:The extender has been set up successfully, how to log in the background again?
A:After successful expansion, please connect the new wireless signal name of the extender in
your wifi list, open the browser, then enter "192.168.10.1" in the address bar to log in.

1. Why my middle LED indicator always off or flicker?
(1) Only product indicator was damaged, but it does not affect the normal use.
(2) Product capacitors was damaged. We suggest a new replacement.
2. Why can't I find the signal of wifi extender?
(1) Make sure the side switch turned on.
(2) Wait 60s after plug in.
(3) If still no, reset device.
3. Factory reset(If you can't find QLOCOM wifi or can't login 192.168.10.1)
(1) Unplug WiFi extender, then plug the extender back in, wait 90 seconds. (necessary step or your reset will fail)
(2) Then press the WPS/RESET button for 10 seconds until the indicator turns off. (If your finger comes loose during the reset process, then start from step 1 again.)
(3) Wait 60 seconds for QLOCOM wifi appear again and begin to set up.
4. Pop-up prompt: error password when login
(1) The default password is “admin” for the first time.
(2) If you forget the login password, then reset it as point 3.
5. Why I can not scan the wifi signal that I need to extended?
(1) Make sure the repeater is within the wifi range of upper router.(within 20ft is recommended)
(2) Try to change the browser or device to avoid firewall and compatibility affect.
(3) If your wifi name contains special characters, please change it to simple word, and then search again.
6. Setup failed (no network connection), wrong password displayed
(1) You entered the wrong password during setup which caused set up failed. Please make sure it is the same as your home router's wifi password.
(2) It should be program error between your home router and wifi extender. You can reboot your router and wifi extender. Then reset your wifi extender and setup again. (many customers made it to work in this method)
(3) Compatibility issue on the browser or router. Please change your device/browser and then set it up again.
(4) Antivirus software can sometimes cause the setup to fail, so you can switch it off for a while when setting it up.
7. Why is the internet speed so much slower after the product is relayed?
Any energy are lost during transmission which exists objectively and we can not avoid such situation. Suggestions are as below:
(1) 2.4ghz can transfer further with good diffraction ability. 5ghz has better speed and anti-interference ability.
Recommended set way: In a good wifi signal environment, extend "router's 5G band" and connect "repeater's 2.4G band" with your devices which will maximize the extender's performance. Since 2.4G band has a better performance through the obstacles and walls.
(2) You can also change the country code in "Wireless Settings". It will lead to low speed when the country code is different with your upper router.
(3) Change the wifi extender's signal channel to 1 or 11 to avoid signal interference. Path: Background UI - Wireless Settings - Advance - Channel(Usually, the default channel of the network device is 6, which may cause more interference.)
(4) Place the antennas of the repeater perpendicular to the ground.
8. Disconnection problem occurs after setup:
(1) Click the settings button in the upper right corner, select “time settings”, change “time zones” to the region of your country, and then click “apply”.
(2) Please check the attachment and check if the "time restart" is disabled.
(3) Move your extender within 20 ft from the router.
(4) Turn off DHCP and set IP address manually.
(5) Reset to the factory mode, and then set it again.
